May I take this opportunity to introduce you to the services that we provide, which are relevant to your organisation..

Singa Management has a highly professional team of Divers, Rope Access Technicians and Security Services. Recently Singa was featured in the Media Corp Presentation of Singapore tonight on the 3^rd Sept and in the Straits Times on the 4^th Sept 2002. on our services provided to the Esplanade.

Services Provided

As mentioned above, the services provided by us at a very competitive rate are: -

1.         Marine Services

We are presently operating with a strength of 6 highly professional divers who perform all under water task for ships ranging from 150m lg. Ship to Super Tankers to Oil Rigs.

2.         Security Service

The executive staff level of our security service is made up of Ex-Professional Uniform Staff from the Military and Police forces.  These officers are specially

selected, and vetted by the Singapore Police Force where their backgrounds are thoroughly checked before acceptance into the company.

Similar checks are done for the Security Guards, as it is a requirement by Law before employment.  Hence, there is no question of their integrity.

Security equipment, for Homes, Buildings, factories, Ships and Highly Secured Installations are supplied and Install by Singa Management Securities Section.  We will advice our clients on the kind of surveillance equipment best suited for their property / business or work site.

3.   Industrial / General Cleaning Service

We provide Industrial Cleaning services such as cleaning of Industrial Buildings and structures by way of Rope access, which is more economical than erecting of Scaffolding. By using Rope Access the job can be completed faster than Scaffolding and it is of less inconvenience or hindrance to other work processes going on, furthermore it is far cheaper to use such modernised cleaning methods.

Our Industrial cleaning staffs are Singaporean workers. Our present work forces are specially trained for this new second career from many of them. They have been trained to perform cleaning of Ship decks, Engine Rooms, factories, manufacturing plants, etc. where its normally dirty, and slippery which is dangerous to everyone. They are also trained in normal housekeeping of Officers, Hotels, general working areas for grass cutting and general maintenance and Landscape, and etc.
